Why does this role exist?
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive the company's B2C campaign by connecting with potential buyers and setting quality appointments for the internal sales team. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's growth while upholding its commitment to a non-aggressive, consultative sales approach. The position focuses on being the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of clean energy solutions.

Tasks List

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers


• Follow up on warm leads


• Maintain high-energy, engaging conversations

Appointment Setting

• Schedule virtual consultations with qualified prospects


• Coordinate with the internal sales team


• Ensure proper calendar management

Database Management

• Update CRM with customer information and interaction details


• Maintain accurate records of all communications


• Track lead status and follow-up requirements

Performance & Quality

• Maintain high-quality communication standards


• Meet appointment-setting targets


• Provide basic information about solar solutions to prospects

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills


• Proven ability to handle spontaneous conversations naturally


• Strong phone presence with consistently high energy


• Basic understanding of CRM systems


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• TBD but will follow a PST (Pacific Standard Time) Schedule


• 40 hours a week

Compensation:

• $5 per hour
