About Us: Pro Coffee Gear is a thriving e-commerce company located on our scenic 20-acre ranch in Austin, Texas. We specialize in providing top-tier espresso machines and related parts to coffee enthusiasts worldwide. Our dedication to excellence extends beyond our products; we're committed to building a talented team that shares our passion for coffee and exceptional customer service.

About The Role

This is a founding builder role. You'll be our first dedicated hire to build and scale our outbound sales and wholesale growth engine from the ground up.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll design high-converting outbound campaigns, forge strategic partnerships that drive qualified leads, and architect the systems that transform wholesale from a channel into a scalable revenue engine.

Think SaaS-style growth for a physical product business: Each wholesale customer is an account with lifetime value potential. Your mission isn't just acquisitionit's expansion. Move accounts from initial orders to premium product lines, increase order frequency, and maximize customer lifetime value just like scaling a SaaS customer from starter to enterprise.

You'll own top-of-funnel growth and play a pivotal role in making wholesale our next major revenue driver.

What You'll Own

Outbound Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and launch multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting coffee roasters, equipment technicians, and commercial buyers
  • Build sophisticated prospecting workflows using AI enrichment, intent signals, and modern sales tools
  • Collaborate with marketing to create seamless alignment between outbound, SEO, and event strategies
  • Continuously optimize messaging, cadence, and targeting based on conversion data

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value referral partnerships that deliver qualified leads
  • Build and scale an affiliate/partner program that generates revenue at lower CAC than paid channels
  • Create co-marketing opportunities that expand brand reach and drive mutual value

Wholesale Operations & Growth Analytics

  • Manage CRM infrastructure to track the complete customer journey from prospect to expansion
  • Design end-to-end outbound strategy with clear playbooks and repeatable processes
  • Build executive-level dashboards tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue expansion
  • Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities across product lines and brands

What You Bring

Required

  • 4+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or go-to-market roles (wholesale, SaaS, or marketplace experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record building outbound programs from zero using modern sales tech (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
  • Early-stage DNA: You've thrived in Seed to Series C environments where you build processes, not just follow them
  • Data fluency: Comfortable with KPI reporting, pipeline forecasting, and presenting performance metrics to leadership
  • Relationship excellence: Natural connector who builds trust quickly and maintains long-term partnerships

Preferred

  • Experience with SaaS sales methodologies, RevOps, or account-based marketing/sales
  • Background in channel sales, distribution partnerships, or reseller networks
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and attribution modeling
  • Knowledge of coffee, specialty food, or foodservice industries

Why This Role Matters

Build something from zero: This isn't optimizing an existing programyou're architecting the entire wholesale sales function and defining how we go to market.

Direct CEO partnership: Shape strategy at the highest level with immediate visibility into your impact on company growth.

Unique positioning: Work at the rare intersection of specialty coffee culture, SaaS-style analytics, and modern B2B sales methodology.

Scale with us: As wholesale grows into a major revenue pillar, you'll grow into leadershipbuilding and eventually leading the team you create.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth
  • Work remotely from the comfort of your own home
  • Join a dynamic and passionate international team in the exciting world of coffee
