Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
Hands-on experience handling an inbound account
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Proven track record in achieving KPIs and team targets
Willing to work on-site and in a shifting schedule
