Outbound Account Coordinator

Location: 1880 Eastwood Libis, Quezon CIty

Work Setup & Shift: Onsite | Night Shift - 11 PM - 8:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Making over 100 outbound calls daily to warm and recent prospects.
  • Scheduling calls for interested homeowners with Account Management colleagues.
  • Responding promptly to emails from homeowners.
  • Educating customers about the company's products, application process, and pricing.
  • Addressing homeowner inquiries, including questions, concerns, and application status updates.
  • Prioritizing homeowner interactions and inquiries.
  • Assisting with pilot programs and initiatives to enhance conversion rates.
  • Devoting over 80% of time to communication via phone and email.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a call center
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC, Fintech product
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to change
