Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend design improvements to enhance operational efficiency and role clarity.
  • Support the implementation of structural changes, including team realignments and new role creation.
  • Facilitate employee movements, including lateral transfers, promotions, and internal job applications.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on career pathways and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies to support organizational transformation and align employees with business goals.
  • Provide tools, resources, and support to leaders and employees during periods of change.
  • Facilitate effective communication plans to ensure clear understanding and adoption of changes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Optimize the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Assist in assessing organizational skill gaps and collaborate with HR teams to address future workforce needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all organizational development processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in SAP OM or similar systems, ensuring alignment with organizational changes.
  • Generate reports and insights from employee records to inform decision-making and support workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of related experience in organizational development, human resources, change management, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with using HRIS systems like SAP OM, or Darwinbox for employee records and organizational management.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage employees and leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Keen to details and timelines/deadlines.
  • Familiarity with talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.
