Order Management & Fulfillment Integrator Expert

Job Description

Integrator responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Duties And Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret internal operational data trends
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing data sources (JIRA, SFA, etc.)
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis and Visualization
• Similar industry (B2B) preferred but not required
• Proficiency with the following platforms:
• Salesforce
• JIRA
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Looker Studio / other Data Viz tools
• Big Query / Snowflake or similar
• Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred
• Skills: Data Cleansing, Validation, Encoding and Analysis ,JIRA, Salesforce, Big Query, Looker Studio, and other BI Tools is a plu, Data Visualization, Effective Presentation, Process Mapping
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or Business Admin, Statistical Analysis, Actuarial Science is preferred but not required
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP), Requirements Gathering, Process Improvement, and Project Management are preferred.
