Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for generating accurate Sales Orders & Purchase Orders matching customer requests on various distributors and vendors Responsible for CRM Management on sales opportunities Responsible for maintaining backorder report and ETAs Responsible to ensure all renewals artefacts are saved and populated into IT Quoter Renewals, Salesforce and respective shared repository Prompt registration of support contracts and licenses Responsible for validating and closing sales opportunities Responsible for receiving supplier’s invoice Generating requisition request as required and other administrative tasks related to Sales Support. Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members as required Attend product training as required

Primary responsibilities:
- Relevant Tertiary education
- MSP or System Integrator background
- Understanding of IT products and sales life cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
- Reliable, confident, uses initiative and takes ownership
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and customer relation skills
- Sound business & sales acumen
