Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

As an Oracle Fusion Technical / Reporting Consultant, you will join NRI's Oracle practice, reporting to the Oracle ERP Solutions Lead. You will be a member of NRI's Oracle delivery team, contributing to various projects where we deliver Oracle ERP Cloud services to our customers. Collaborate with a talented, experienced team on challenging and rewarding projects.
You will have opportunities to develop new skills, engage in Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs, and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI's Oracle team, you can share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability.
The Opportunity
- Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects by designing, developing, and delivering technical solutions, including reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Develop and optimise OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Work with customer stakeholders to gather and clarify technical and reporting requirements through workshops and other facilitation techniques.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and other relevant tools.
- Ensure technical solutions follow Oracle best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support solution design, development, and ongoing maintenance.
Desired Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects, with a focus on technical development and reporting.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS reports.
- Strong skills in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and data extraction techniques.
- Exposure to PaaS development tools (e.g., Visual Builder) is desirable.
- Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Projects is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Oracle security model, roles, and data access controls.
- At least one Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile project environments and with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
