We are looking for aTechnology Ops Support Practitionerspecializing inOracle Database Operations. You will be responsible for ensuringsystem integrity, governance, and service delivery, while supporting infrastructure and technology initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach totroubleshooting, optimization, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as aSubject Matter Expert (SME)for Oracle Database Operations.
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Engage with multiple teams todrive key operational decisions.
  • Providesolutionsfor challenges within and across teams.
  • Develop and implementoperational strategiesfor database management.
  • Monitorsystem performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance withsecurity protocols and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill:Expert proficiency in Oracle Database Operations

 Strong knowledge ofdatabase management principles

 Experience inperformance tuning and optimization

 Proficiency inSQL and PL/SQL

 Understanding ofbackup and recovery procedures

 Certification inAWS Associate level(mandatory)

Additional Information

  • Minimum Experience:3+ yearsin Oracle Database Operations
  • Work Setup:Hybrid (onsite 3-4 days per week)
  • Location:Mandaluyong, Manila
