We are looking for aTechnology Ops Support Practitionerspecializing inOracle Database Operations. You will be responsible for ensuringsystem integrity, governance, and service delivery, while supporting infrastructure and technology initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach totroubleshooting, optimization, and compliance.

Required Skill:Expert proficiency in Oracle Database Operations
Strong knowledge ofdatabase management principles
Experience inperformance tuning and optimization
Proficiency inSQL and PL/SQL
Understanding ofbackup and recovery procedures
Certification inAWS Associate level(mandatory)

- Act as aSubject Matter Expert (SME)for Oracle Database Operations.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of team decisions and problem-solving initiatives.
- Engage with multiple teams todrive key operational decisions.
- Providesolutionsfor challenges within and across teams.
- Develop and implementoperational strategiesfor database management.
- Monitorsystem performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance withsecurity protocols and best practices.
