I. Basic Purpose of the Job
Supports QA Engineering Group in performing Engineering Activities
II. Reporting Relationship
The position reports to the Quality Engineering Section Manager.
Responsibilities
III. Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs final pack product QA gating (visual mechanical, administrative / labeling, label validation, product taping, and packing).
- I'm responsible for raising any quality issue detected during gating and holding the affected lot through the GMRB /OCAP application.
- Conducts product and process audits based on the schedule plan.
- Responsible for highlighting any non-compliance which covers documentation on material, processes, products, and environment to ensure compliance with specifications
- Performs data collection and communicates with manufacturing and engineering personnel as coordinated by QA/QC Team Leader.
- Supports QA Engineers in tracking/coordinating containment actions for internal and external issues.
- Supports clerical activities.
- Generates weekly reports.
- Perform functions as may be assigned by the Supervisor
IV. Job Specifications
Education / Experience
- Has completed at least 3 years of college education or technology background or at least 3 years experience in semiconductor
- Has a good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in On-line Manufacturing Systems (SFC/TRAK/ICAR)
- Excellent computer skills (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, BRIOQUERY)
- With keen analytical and qualitative skills
- Can work with minimal supervision.
