- Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 35 years of relevant experience in operations or team management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills

- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
