  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 35 years of relevant experience in operations or team management
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
