As Operations Support Officer, You Will
- Ordering, cancelling, reissuing or other management activities related to fuel card.
- Ordering, cancelling, reissuing or other management activities related to E-tags
- Ordering, cancelling, reissuing or other management activities related to Motorpass cards
- The facilitation, set up and administration of the Mini-lease product
- Timely payment and processing of vehicle registrations and transport tolls
- Management and allocation of driver infringement notices to ensure no infringement is left
- Processing of payments and other transaction as required from time to time.
- Dispatch/Ordering of driver pack information to designated collection points across
- Support the sales and maintenance team with the management and identification of vehicle
- Performance of other analysis or adhoc tasks as requested by management
- Participation in improvement activities or projects on an adhoc basis.
- Experience in Fleet management (negotiable)
- A minimum of 2 year experience working in a professional administration, and/or customer service environment
- Experience working and communicating with government agencies
- Demonstratable experience in a document processing function and/or working with a workload management tool. Qualifications
- Any relevant or appropriate qualifications relating to advanced analytics.
