Conduct regular training sessions to develop staff skills and knowledge
Prepare reports on operational performance for management review
Drive process optimization initiatives for continual improvement
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and operational tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
