We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team. This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment. Ideal candidates will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
- Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
- Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
- Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
- Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
- Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
