Operations Supervisor (Carpark)

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Carpark Supervisor to ensure full compliance with carpark policies and procedures. This role guarantees the safety of carpark customers and employees through effective safety and security measures, while also implementing creative strategies to enhance parking operations and generate additional revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce carpark policies and procedures consistently.
• Ensure safety and security of carpark users and staff.
• Monitor daily operations and address issues promptly.
• Implement innovative ideas to improve parking services and increase revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership experience in operations or supervisory roles is an advantage.
