Operations Specialist I

Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a motivated, driven individual to support our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative, with strong ownership and prioritization skills. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping and deduction reporting, Amazon shipment processing and reconciliation, product listing optimization, and sales and inventory data analysis. The role also involves supporting supply chain strategies, maintaining communication with internal and external partners, providing weekly updates, tracking KPIs, and assisting Operations Specialists.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

• This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.
• The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, use his/her hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time.
• Frequently standing/sitting/walking up to 8 hours per day
• Frequently using hands/arms up to 8 hours per day
• Moderate noise level

DAILY TASK:

• Handles general bookkeeping journal entries, monthly deduction reporting, and execution and reconciliation of shipment processing on Amazon.
• Maintain and optimize current product listings ensuring accurate customer facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands.
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data.
• Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands.
• Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.
• Tracks KPIs and reports on supply chain performance while providing support to Operations Specialists.
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordinator, Account Management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management)
• Understanding of e-commerce and retail in a virtual environment is not necessary but preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
