Job Description

The Ops Generalist plays a key role in supporting general business operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role provides assistance across multiple functions within the Administrative Services department and contributes to the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is an entry-level professional with foundational knowledge of administrative practices, gained through a college or university degree or equivalent work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process legal documents (e.g., court opinions, agency decisions, bankruptcy filings) ensuring they meet content and formatting standards.
  • Verify that documents are complete, accurate, and ready for online publication in accordance with Lexis guidelines and deadlines.
  • Monitor queues and systems to track document status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and escalate any issues related to document quality, completeness, or access.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly content targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of processing activity and report progress as required.
  • Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be a bachelor's degree holder
  • Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect
  • Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
