Job Description
DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
- Manages Audience Measurement’s operational aspects including Panel Recruitment, Relationship Management and Operational Support, Television and Advertising Events, Consumer Insights, Consumer Measurement, and Radio Measurement.
- Delivers operational activities (including data encoding, processing, and quality control) with minimal supervision to ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution.
Operations
- Check Weekly Data and Validate Zero Viewing
- Consolidate and reporting of Subject for Non-compliance to be given to Panel Telecallers
- Consolidate and reporting of Shewhart Panels to be given to Panel Telecallers
- Consolidation, tracking and analyzation of panels with Non-Track Activity (NTA) and Non-Broadcast
- Provide enhancement, innovation and updating of Panel operations processes (Panel Audit and ES checklist\Forms etc)
- Perform UBO Reports Unmatched Analysis
- Performs Validation, Checking and Presentation of Business unit projects, testing and for implementation.
- Runs and Analyze Periodic In-tab levels for Overnight Data and Identify Reasons for below or above thresholds
- Facilitate newly implemented SNOW Ticketing System. Performs Training and Refreshers
- Highly knowledgeable on Looker Studio Dashboarding and Python and Other Google applications.
- Performs automation on different Panel Operations Databases and the like.
- Ensures that performance management is set
- Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures
- Drive the Nielsen values through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate with any Business Bachelors Degree
- 2 years work experience in Data analysis, advanced knowledge in Looker studio and python.
- Advance in Google applications, particularly Slide and Sheet.
- Should have a strong written and verbal skills in English
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail;
- Team player with the ability to enable and encourage others within the team
- Analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Result oriented, working with the end in mind;
- Resilient, persuasive and self motivated
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with others
- Ability to read and forecast data base on trends, and behavior
- Strong comprehension skills and Passive
