We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our growing operations team. This individual will support the operations team in ensuring the timeliness and quality of the project deliverables and execution.

- Project Management Support: Assist in managing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Team Support: Help coordinate cross-functional teams, resolving issues as they arise.
- Planning & Strategy: Support the preparations of project plans that align with customer requirements and company goals
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Support the monitoring of project progress and performance while providing actionable feedback.
- Risk Management: Assist in managing project risks and uncertainties, handling project modifications, and coordinating with relevant parties to implement changes as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Resource Management: Help allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring project requirements are met while optimizing resource productivity and morale.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with project management software tools is a plus
- Relevant coursework or internship experience in project management is a plus
- Open to college students or career shifters looking to transition into a Project Management role.
