Job Summary: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in all stores. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contirubtes to the development of training programs for Officers and Store personnel.

- Customer Service: Point of contact for customers, answering their queries, and assisting them with their purchases. Handle/ monitor customer complaints and returns.
- Logistics and Shipping: Responsible for ensuring that furniture is shipped and delivered on time and in good condition.
- Acting as second-in-command to the Operations manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and / or branches.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Initiates and coordinates the development of an action plan to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of a marketing plan as needed.
- Provides timely feedback to management regarding the performance of all branches.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by Branch Officers.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
