Job Summary
- Assigned to the Accounting and Reconciliation Section of Electronic Payments Department.
- Overseeing electronic payment transactions in retail and corporate online banking channels, bills payment, payroll services, domestic and international tie-up support, OFW remittances, etc
- Manage the Accounting and Reconciliation Section that handles:
- Day 1 and Day 2 Reconciliation of Accounts
- Vault Management
- Budget Management
- Review of Certification of Balances
- Billing and Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT)
- Preparation for Billers and Tie Ups
- College degree
- 5-10 years in banking operations in a supervisory (entry to middle level) role
- Knowledgeable in Bank’s operations, products and services
- BSP circulars, regulations and reports
- Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
- Bank’s Policies and Procedures
- Technical Expertise and knowledge in reconciliation of electronic payments and channels
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet formulas
