Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end functions of a medical center. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a diverse team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in operational leadership—particularly in healthcare or customer-focused industries—and has a proven ability to drive service excellence and team performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operations of the medical center, including staffing, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Lead a team of 10–40 staff, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Analyze footfall trends and manage staff allocation accordingly
  • Ensure proper implementation of internal processes, security, and compliance with SLAs and local regulations
  • Collaborate with HR on training, performance feedback, and staffing needs
  • Monitor and support value-added services to drive business targets and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with other departments on escalations, reconciliations, and system improvements
  • Manage reports and business reviews, including MIS, incentives, and daily cash handling
  • Contribute to business development efforts by analyzing trends and optimizing operations for profitability

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in team leadership and service delivery
  • Experience working in healthcare, diagnostics, clinics, or hospitals
  • Qualified Lab Technician is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-department coordination
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, reporting tools, and operational systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment
