Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing or any related field. (Master's degree is a plus).
- With background of B2b Business or BPO Supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, operations, marketing or a similar leadership position.
- Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience in using data to guide strategy and operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM/operations software tools.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and open to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the operations teams including sales team to support revenue generation and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure productivity, engagement, and high-quality work output.
- Implement and optimize systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align operational strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis for senior management on performance, trends, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across the operations function.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday
