- Ensure provision of products according to specifications and customer requirements
- Determine production priorities in order to guarantee delivery in due time
- Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety standards of all assigned personnel in cooperation with the respective corporate HSE-sections
- Ensure maintenance, careful operation and availability of the entrusted equipment and utilities in the designated area of responsibility
- Increase efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities and improvements in the operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment in his immediate area of responsibility as well as the job safety of the employed staff
- Ensure the personnel supervision, planning and development for the area of responsibility
- Prepare a budget for the area of responsibility and monitor compliance with it
- Monitor schedules and deadlines
- Support the management team of respective SCM-Unit in the development and implementation of SCM-Strategies and project
- Take the role of QMR/HSE/5S Lead/Hygiene & FMEA Lead
- Support SEA management for local PLM management
What do You bring as Operations Manager
- Relate University degree in Engineering or professional technical education and training or appropriate vocational training
- 6 – 10 years progressive experience in Production & SCM or related.
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Leadership skills
