Requirements

- Strong understanding of IT systems, computer hardware, and software lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities across departments such as production, logistics, support, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Oversee supply chain and inventory management for hardware components and software licenses.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and report key findings to senior leadership.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and partners to maintain strong business relationships.
