What You'll Do
Analyze program performance metrics for improvement opportunities. Provide written performance appraisals and set clear team objectives. Serve as an escalation point for Supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues. Oversee resolution of program-related issues with timely communication. Enhance team potential through coaching and performance management. Track and resolve client issues to improve satisfaction. Implement processes supporting continuous improvement and service quality. Optimize workflows for efficient service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Experience in operations management within a BPO environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills for performance data interpretation. Capacity to manage client relationships and address escalated issues. Experience with US clients is a plus.
