We're seeking a driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Creation Team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of client needs, fostering a positive team culture, and driving overall operational excellence.

We're seeking a driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Creation Team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of client needs, fostering a positive team culture, and driving overall operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the operations, serving as a key link between functional heads (Creation, Accounts, HR, etc.).
- Team Culture & Leadership: Build a highly inclusive culture, ensuring team members thrive and organizational goals are met.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Performance Management: Drive the Creation Team and other teams to achieve and surpass their respective KPIs and metrics.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate to develop and improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that enhance efficiency and client service.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs to clients.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the creative industry as an operations manager or in a similar role.
- You have experience with project management tools.
- You possess a hands-on and direct-response mentality.
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling operations team for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
