Operations Lead (Partner Onboarding)

Overview:

The Operations Lead will contribute to existing and new client provisioning of solutions for the partner merchants, digital bank, and other future Maya solutions. He/she will oversee end to end processing of requests for Maya partners onboarding and account maintenance. He/she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still able to meet SLA and perform proper due diligence. The role requires a graduate of business course and preferably with experience in fintech or financial institution
