Key Responsibilities

Assist Senders in booking and managing delivery jobs.

  • Handle inbound calls from Runners needing assistance with job-related issues, app navigation, or procedural clarifications.
  • Respond to comments or queries submitted via the support section or chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log, track, and resolve issues raised by Runners during live runs, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Dispatch and Customer Support to ensure Runner concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Assist Runners with troubleshooting delivery issues, delays, or updates related to job assignments.
  • Monitor communications and provide guidance in a clear, simple, and supportive manner.
  • Record key notes, interactions, and resolutions in the system for tracking and performance purposes.

Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the Runner experience and internal workflows.

What You Need

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, inbound support, or logistics-related roles.
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during peak communication periods.
  • Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently to users with varying levels of technical
  • understanding.
  • Capable of maintaining professionalism and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Friendly, solution-oriented mindset when dealing with Customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential if supported by relevant work experience.
