The Operations Associate is primarily responsible for providing efficient, accurate and timely delivery of cash/check collections, change fund services to Corporate clients and delivery pick-up items to the Cash Center by strictly adhering to the existing policies and procedures of the bank.

Major Responsibilities

Prepares deposit pick up forms and sees to it that all scheduled DPU clients are serviced the same day.
Ensures that all controls and procedures in cash/check collections and change fund /payroll deliveries from departure to the cash center, while in transit, at client’s site to arrival at the cash center are strictly observed
Consolidates and balances total cash picked up and properly turnover to the cash custodians
Delivers validated slips and/other related DPU documents to the clients on their next pick up date

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year Business or Finance-related courses
Computer Literate
Knowledge in Basic Accounting
Knowledge in Counterfeit Detection, Signature verification
Willing to be based in Zamboanga City
