Registration Associate supports the Registration Team Lead by performing;

  1. Accurate preparation of documentary requirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration; and
  2. Qualifies taxes and ensures it is paid on-time to avoid penalties and delinquencies.

It is expected from the specialist to sends daily productivity report to his/her team lead, regularly gives feedback with regards to the process, issues and concerns in relation to title transfer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Prepares the documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements), ensures the accuracy of dockets, endorse dockets for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessor's Office filing and liaises with representative of service provider, monitors the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration.
  2. Qualifies accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representatives of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
  3. Qualifies accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
  4. Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
  5. Prepares the documents for request of payment of taxes and CA and ensures the liquidation are processed on time.
  6. Ensures that Registration monitoring and TPPTS movement is updated very timely.
  7. Provide complete documents necessary for completion on bank undertaking.
  8. Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course or Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, such as Marketing Management, Business Administration/ Management. HRM, AB Psychology, etc.
  2. Preferably 1-3 years of experience in customer service, or any service-oriented industry/position; fresh graduates also acceptable
