The Operations Associate provides assistance to his/ her supervisor by checking the transactions for officer’s approval.
Main Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Post verify clearing documents and post-balances completeness of branch teller documents accurately to avoid clients’ complaints
- Processes and balances outgoing clearing (peso and usd) checks based on the set cut-off time to avoid financial loss due to mishandled check
- Assist branches on clearing related matters ensuring proper coordination with the respective unit
- Processes required / regulatory reports / transactions based on the schedule of submission to avoid penalties for unbalanced / non-reporting
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time including rotation to other functions and cross-posting to other departments
- Graduate of any course related to Business, Banking or Finance
- Adept in the needed MS Office systems
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in Lipa, Makati
