Provide assistance to the Operations Manager in the daily operations pertaining to tenant relations and other administrative work, contributing to ensure overall smooth mall operations and good handling of tenants, while adhering to company obligations. Also provides knowledgeable and efficient service to ensure that all tenants, employees, and other relevant stakeholders receives excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work and customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
