Job Description

  • Safe keeps and monitors inventory of office supplies, equipment, blank & issued passbooks, ID cards, Share Certificates, and other assets of the Satellite and Liaison Offices.
  • Prepares purchase requisition form, purchase order form, and other requirements of the Satellite and Liaison Office.
  • Releases loan incentives to qualified recipients.
  • Renders clerical, logistic, and administrative support to all activities of the Satellite and Liaison Offices.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing communications of the office.
  • Attends to the leasing requirements of tenants.
  • Facilitates the conduct of an in-house survey.
  • Assists in the performance of daily tasks and acts as substitute in cases of sudden and/or short-term absence of the Loan Specialist and Membership and Marketing Assistant.
  • Assist in the conduct of offsite activities such as but not limited to recruitment drives, courtesy calls and POSE.
  • Prepares periodic reports.
  • Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
  • At least six (6) months of work-related experience.
  • Records management skills
