Job Summary
- Provide competent, timely and error-free digital account onboarding and account opening services to customers applying via RCBC Touch Q channel.
- Ensures proper KYC/CDD through digital platform is performed for all new accounts opened and that Enhanced Due Diligence where necessary is completed.
- Will handle shifting schedule, including graveyard and may also be assigned weekend or holiday shifts.
- Will handle Time Deposits, MC/DD, Telegraphic Transfer, Account Opening-Retail / Corporate, Foreign Exchange
- Knowledge in bank's operations, products and service. Knowledge in customer service is an advantage
- Bank’s Operations, Branch Operations and Bank’s products/services
- Basic Accounting and the Bank’s Accounting Entries
- Knowledge in BSP Regulations, Computer Literacy
- Bank Operations-related work for at least three (3) year
- Willing to work in shifting/graveyard schedule
