What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level position perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the tools they need and our data is accurate.
You'll report to the Senior Principal, Technical Project Management.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Manage Access Requests: Process service tickets for user access to our project management tools, Jira and Asana.
- License Management: Conduct periodic audits of software licenses to ensure validity and compliance.
- Reporting: Update weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support Operations: Assist with various operational tasks as needed to support the team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
