- Participate in strategic planning together with the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and develop/ establish Operational Risk Management Strategies which are aligned with the overall objectives of Home Credit Philippines.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices that could impact operational risk management. This includes (but is not limited to) Krungsri/ BAY consolidated policies/ procedures which will have direct/ indirect impact on Operational Risk Management.
- Monitoring and updates in the Operational Risk Appetite of Home Credit Philippines and ensures that breach in set limits are timely escalated to the Board of Directors/ Senior Management so appropriate risk responses are established on a timely manner.
- Review the output of the teams – Operational Risk – Team Leader and Outsourcing Team Leader and ensure that their results are in accordance with the policies/ procedures and the target quality.
- Assessing the potential impact of operational risks on the organization’s ability to meet it’s goals and objectives.
- Ability to Lead the team to company goals and standard.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management.
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a high changing environment.
- Excellent communication with Exco Stake holders
- Willing to accept tasks for all enterprise risk related activities
- Ideally at least 4-year experience in risk management
