Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, timely execution of tasks, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in freight forwarding operations, and the ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate reports.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in freight forwarding operations, and the ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and ensure compliance with freight forwarding procedures.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team while fostering a productive work environment.
- Handle staff concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolutions.
- Prepare and submit operational reports such as KPI performance, manpower reports, daily/weekly updates, and other required documentation.
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets and service-level standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and partners to address operational issues and maintain excellent service delivery.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Utilize technology tools for monitoring, reporting, and communication (must be tech-savvy).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- At least 35 years of experience in operations; with exposure in freight forwarding is required.
- With at least 3 year of experience in people management or team supervision.
- Strong conflict-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in KPI reporting, manpower reporting, and documentation.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic operations systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and shifting environment.
