1. Operation Control / KPI and Process Improvement
➢ Ensure reliable data entry in TMS to maintain a high level of reporting reliability;
➢ Monitor the day to day quality from jobfile creation, jobfile financial integrity to ensure operational and financial data is recognized on time and accurately, prevent potential issues from escalating into larger proportions;
➢ Produce monthly ops control KPI dashboard for country performance;
➢ Detail reason for KPI deviations, communicate with relevant internal stakeholders to understand in depth issue, propose corrective actions with committed timeline for resolution. Provide monthly summary to country management for all achieved and non-achieved proposed solution;
➢ Drive periodic TMS user access review exercise;
➢ Ad hoc request from management to support analysis of business outlook.
2. Communication/ animation/ training
➢ Communicate and assist to deploy new Group/ Regional procedures and share good practices within the Region;
➢ Support relevant teams to implement new procedures and/or adapt to local context; which must be in line with Group/ Regional principles;
➢ Organize training and awareness sessions on operation control standards;
➢ Actively engage with internal control to ensure compliance with existing CEVA Logistics policies, propose process improvements, and conduct regular assessments to identify risks and recommend corrective actions;
➢ Support internal audits and controls, and follow up on action plans to resolve issues;
➢ Participate in transversal and ad hoc projects, IT solutions, new business initiatives giving an operation control point of view and ensuring appropriate processes and controls are implemented.

Equivalent to Degree holder in Finance, International Business Studies, MIS or any relevant qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance / Operations / Project implementation & Deployment in freight forwarding or logistic industry with a focus on business operations.
Strong background in accounting and business partnering.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Effective presentation skills—able to prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior management.
Critical thinking to deep dive and analyse the root cause.
Proactive in driving continuous improvement and developing new ways of working.
Ability to manage complex challenges, simplify problems, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
Strong influence and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and convince stakeholders.
Exposure to business intelligence tools is a plus (Power BI).
Professional in oral and written in English.
