Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate vendor records. Ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, posting transactions to the general ledger, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring that they are categorized correctly and in line with company policies.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Other Administrative Tasks: Provide support in other finance-related tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Available to work onsite in Makati / Manila.
