Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a sales specialist, sales coordinator, or marketing role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; customer service-oriented.
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in using e-commerce platforms and various online sales tools.

Duties

  • Customer Engagement

>Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

>Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.

>Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.

>Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Database Management

>Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.

  • Product Knowledge

> Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

  • Online Sales and Market Research & Analysis

> Stays informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in online sales to ensure that the company remains adaptable and competitive.

> Contributes insights that help shape the organization’s approach to online sales strategies and customer engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The incumbent is expected to report for work daily according to the schedule set by the employer, must be physically and mentally fit to perform the assigned tasks, must be willing to travel to do field work depending on the needs and occasion, and may be requested to work overtime.

The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for driving digital sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves managing and updating customer databases, staying informed on product knowledge, and analyzing market trends to enhance online sales strategies. By leveraging industry best practices and emerging methodologies, the specialist contributes to the continuous improvement of the company’s online sales performance and customer engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role supports various business functions as needed to optimize overall sales effectiveness.
