What You’ll Do

  • Engage customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS to assist with orders, product inquiries, and post-purchase needs, with a strong focus on driving conversions and satisfaction.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to increase average order value.
  • Support subscription recovery, winbacks, abandoned cart assistance, and other sales-related touchpoints to boost retention.
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellation requests when they present opportunities to retain the sale.
  • Represent the brand voice and provide a personalized, concierge-level experience on every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and share trends and insights to improve sales strategies and the overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and optimize conversion-related processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
  • Must have prior e-commerce experience, especially in areas like upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription assistance or winbacks, post-purchase support, or product bundles.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and close opportunities through excellent relationship-building.
  • 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e-commerce sales experience is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Technical Requirements

  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • A quiet, professional workspace suitable for calls.
