Responsible for providing excellent service to customers, assisting with inquiries, coordinating call-to-deliver requests, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions within the store.
- Provide front-line customer service support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
- Handle and coordinate call-to-deliver orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Assist customers in navigating store offerings and provide product information as needed.
- Work closely with store teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain customer service standards in alignment with company policies and values.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
- Must be a graduate of any4-year course
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be customer-focused, approachable, and adaptable to different situations
- Willing to be assigned in SM Megamall
- Amenable to work within Mall Hours (including weekends and holidays as scheduled)
