ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
REQUIREMENTS & BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE
    High level of written English
      Proficient in Microsoft 365
        Experience in similar role (Customer service/sales/tech support) preferred
          Preferred similar role in the retail Telco industry or similar
            Computer literate & technically competent
            PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
              Excellent verbal & written communication
                Time management & prioritization
                  Proactive
                    Initially part time (20 hours/week) with an opportunity to move to full time after 3-6 months
                      Processing new subscription orders including set up of all required customer details, invoicing and payment arrangements
                        Level 1 online customer enquiries management (via email)
                          Updating CRM (Simple / One Bill / HubSpot) immediately upon completion of a task/action
                            Ad-hoc tasks to support the on-shore team performance and growth
