Onboarding Specialist

At Ecomflow, we help e-commerce brands scale faster by handling their logistics and fulfillment needs. We’re growing quickly — and we’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for new brands.

This role is all about setting our partners up for long-term success. From guiding them through integrations to ensuring their first shipments go out smoothly, you’ll play a vital part in shaping their early experience with Ecomflow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead brand onboarding: host kickoff calls, walkthroughs, and trainings.
• Support technical setup and integrations (in collaboration with our Shopify Expert).
• Coordinate inbounding and fulfillment readiness with brands and internal teams.
• Share best practices, product tours, and tailored resources for success.
• Troubleshoot challenges and help brands overcome onboarding roadblocks.
• Collaborate across Tech, Operations, and Brand Success teams for a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success once onboarding is complete.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, logistics, or SaaS implementation (e-commerce/3PL background a plus).
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex processes.
• Customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and relationship-driven.
• Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple onboarding projects.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
