Job Responsibilities

  • Verify documents uploaded to CRIF
  • Transcribe 990s within 1 business day of being uploaded to Workspace.
  • Collect COGC.
  • Review and complete EIF (ECRIF) and CRIF.
  • Ensure all passwords are up to date in the credentials section.
  • Make payments.
  • Update workflow status (e.g. Filed to Completed)
  • Cure "simple" deficiencies
  • Process emails
  • Respond to questions from CX
  • Audit accounts (as requested)
  • Complete ARs
  • Adhoc requests
