About The Job
The Onboarding Associate will guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new hires by giving them the tools and information they need to make the transition into our organization. The ideal candidate will work together to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new hires with HR, hiring managers, and other relevant parties.
As an Onboarding Associate, You Will…
- Craft and send a job offer letter that includes details about the organization, the role, the pay, the work schedule, and other benefits
- Compile and handle documentation, such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts
- Offer new hires assistance and direction along the way
- Manage the onboarding process and acting as a point of contact for new hires, answering their queries and concerns
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other paperwork required for new hires
- Keep an eye on the development and assimilation of new hires, seeing obstacles and offering assistance as required
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources management or a related field
- Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR-recruitment role
- Amenable to work in Katipunan / Cubao site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Good organizational and time management skills
