The Human Resources (HR) Systems Operations Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. This role supports medium to low complexity enhancement requests and production issues and cases for Service Now and Citi For You.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR Help Center medium to low complexity enhancement requests and inquiries.
• Ensure escalated client/employee issues are resolved with urgency and deliver services with a process improvement mindset to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business requirements
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
• Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
• Ensure consistent application of team process controls
• Participate in technology enhancements, upgrades and maintenance fixes.
• Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
• Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
• Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advantage if with Experience / Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW)
• High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Service Now and SharePoint Online a plus
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
